I started to write an article as an apology for an email I sent today. This email was to a vendor who provided a response that didn’t meet my expectations. As I started writing the article, I found that my description of the back story actually made the situation far worse and an apology would be even more necessary. Therefore, I opted not complete the article. I truly try to be respectful and expect the same from others. However I occasionally fall short of my own expectations. Therefore I wish to apologize for all of my past, present and future actions that are abrasive or offending.
