Mykonos–WAF With an Attitude

At this point many vendors offer a web application firewall, or WAF. Mykonos is a recent Juniper acquisition. This particular WAF does some things that show its ability to think “outside of the box”. At some point, I had planned to post an article that describes some of the the technical details behind detection that makes it unique. The video below is certainly entertaining and shows the extent of their unique thinking. This is probably nothing that anyone would do in the “real world”, but it is certainly worth a chuckle. I would also suggest checking out “Lame Journal’s” more technical review of the product. That link can be found immediately below the video.
