Blog Spotlight — The Peering Introvert — Ethan Banks abstracts networking with words

Monthly Blog SpotlightLike other blogs I’ve mentioned, The Peering Introvert is chock full of great information. This blog is maintained by Ethan Banks, someone very well known to most PacketU readers. For a period of time, there were fewer articles published (likely as Ethan spent time writing for various other outlets and podcasting for The Packet Pushers).

Since early last year, I have seen a steady stream of well-written technology focused articles. One of the things I like about Ethan Banks is his approachability. Ethan and I first met at Cisco Live in 2011. In a recent article, he invites fellow nerds and vendors to Connect at Cisco Live 2014. I recommend that fellow network professionals follow Ethan’s RSS and/or social media streams.

Disclaimer–I continually get requests for a list of the blogs, podcasts and people I follow to “keep up” in this industry. As a result, I decided to start publishing some of the blogs I regularly read. Links to other content from PacketU or affiliated social channels should not be thought of as a universal endorsement or indication of independence or neutrality for a given external site. Readers should assess ALL applicable content before proceeding with actions that could adversely affect their environment.
